My bad…. Playing weekend catch-up with Thing-A-Day.

Day 10: Robert’s Sunday breakfast/brunch of poached eggs with thyme-infused extra virgin olive oil on Pugliese bread slice. Sprinkled with black pepper and flat-leaf parsley.

Day 9: we’re on the hunt for a new apartment to live in. So on Saturday we decided to walk around a random Milan neighbourhood and find those “Affitasi/For rent” signs on building doors and gates and make a list to call those people up.

Day 8: Friday night sandwiches for dinner. *sorry about the lighting*

I made some postcards today. I used my watercolor pencils and created a sunflower/lady bug and a fish (the blue background didn’t come out well when I scanned it). I’m decently happy with both and I’m sending them out tomorrow.

Today I made homemade dye by boiling blueberries.

Silly me thought I would get a lovely indigo colour, however it’s pink.

I’m holding out on what I will be using the dye for, because that is for a future post.

For Day 5, I am going to decorate a container and fill it with pieces of paper that have yoga poses written on them. I am going to try doing my yoga practice from home, but I want it to be a no brainer, as well as mix the routine up so that it is different each day.
