Unfortunately, all I had time to do was take this book and my ancient calligraphic supplies out of a box and look through them today.
I will have to leave playing with Calligraphy for some other time.
For day 12, I just want to get a good size chunk of time to sort some of my Firefox bookmarks.
Today was a GREAT day!
First more work on the cardigan I am loving to knit:
And then tonight at dinner, I decided, on a whim, to make homemade spaghetti sauce. I have tried it before, but it’s never tasted great (it’s never been bad thankfully), but it’s always been boring or not thick enough, or not seasoned enough, or whatever. But tonight, tonight, EVERYONE in my family LOVED it. I wish I would have taken a picture of it simmering on the stove, but I didn’t think about it until after my husband asked if I did to count it for thing-a-day and by then, we had eaten most of it! Oh well. You’ll just have to trust me on this one ![]()

In which I tell true-but-unbelievable stories,
rant about unimportant things,
and answer someone’s very odd question with some rather dull explaining.
