Today’s Lunch:

• Taiyaki
• Furikake [seaweed sprinkles] in the yellow duckie
• Fresh carrots
• Fish cakes
• Brown rice

Today’s point of interest: the happy house scene made with carrots, nori, fish cake, and pickled raddish

Woke up late this morning, so didn’t have time to cook anything:

• Brown rice onigiri — today’s special point, smiley face!
• Fresh carrots
• Taiyaki [red bean filling]
• Yakisoba pan [sandwich with yakisoba filling]

Happy Super Tuesday everyone…

Lunch Box Stuff:

• Fresh baby carrots
• Fried green beans
• Pickled radish
• Octopus sausage
• Rice with radish & pickled plum on top of furikake

what could be simpler than a hello kitty bento? the eyes are nori. the nose is made from fried egg and her bow is a large piece of red pepper.

I have some Tupperware and “Deli” containers that are roughly the shape of Bento Lunch Boxes. But, they are just random containers unless you have something to hold them together in a stack. So, I made some straps from black elastic and added some felt decoration to cover the seam.
