this is a big seller here in queenvanna-land, and this is just a slight variation. i love that this paper looks like fabric. very natural, neutral and pretty!

took a large part of my morning off, but managed to make a 
i’m off for fun and frolicking later this a.m., so i got up early, and got lots done!! listed the DIY lantern kit on etsy, 
and make a heap more clothespins / clothespegs. My favorites have always been the musical note ones:

A little white star lantern, embellished with buttons and ribbon and a battery operated candle. This is my sample - I’m going to sell this craft as a KIT in my etsy shop. I’ll list it in the a.m.! 
It’ll include the lantern, 4 different ribbons, plenty of buttons, star rhinestones and sequins. It’ll also have the little tealight and I cut little paper tags to match!
what day is this? did i remember yesterday? dang, i’m all over the place. ANYWAY…. here’s today’s perpetual calendar! yay! i really do love this one. i’m into stripes and this color combo a lot lately! it’s in my etsy shop and on my flickr, too! =) 
for a girl that makes CALENDARS for a living, you’d think i’d keep a better grasp on what day it is!

working on a special order for mailboxes. 4 are for girls, and 2 are for boys. i’ll put the finishing touches on them later, but i wanted to show you before my day (my girls) is off and running! the tiny surprise inside just cracks me up!
another!! this is another new design, i used paper hot off the presses! again with the scalloped edges, 
i LOVE the delicate pink flowers on the number blocks! i may end up re-working this one, there’s something about it that doesn’t flow for me, but that’s just my opinion. this might be just perfect for someone else. it’s new in my etsy shop right now!

painted these drawers and 3 more of their friends, and the chest they reside in at work. (i love my job!) red is a tough color to work with. not only is it blaringly obvious when you get it on the carpet or your clothes, it takes MANY coats to make it not look streaky. i’m not sure if it helped or hurt that the paint itself is probably at *least* 6 years old.
i left the mess for christy to tend to when she gets in this a.m….. well, the paint wasn’t dry yet!! (hi christy!!)
i think this might be the last one of these for this week!! =) again, i’ve lost track of what day it is, but you get the gist! this one has such pretty colors, green with just a little pink and turquoise. paper by K&Co. LOVE!
man, i love the smell of modpodge in the morning!!
and only now i realize that it is showing the wrong date. but i’ll get over that. this one has a travel theme, with airplane paper base, map papered months, and directional arrow numbers. the color scheme is pretty, but not too feminine.
