Been wanting to learn how to pop-up cards for a while. This is a first speedy attempt.

My computer can barely see the magic. But the three little people meet in real life.

Seems like it’s the theme for my February. Snow, and mountain, and colors and stuff. Trying to re-claim the neighborhood. I took a few pictures, this is the one worthy of a creative gesture for today.

more pics mostly for fun.
Painted my two newly built tables in pink this evening. That’s gotta count for thing-a-day.

Whenever i think about thing-a-day round 1, for some reason i remember this post by Gaz.
For a week, he would go on a new adventure to have breakfast somewhere different. As i was out in the country today, in the same region as he was, i did my own version of his first breakfast somwhere in the trees and the snow. This wasn’t quite breakfast and the light wasn’t nearly as nice. But great none-the-less.
I think that’s why i’m doing this thing-a-day thing.
This is tonight. Outside my door.

(been fighting with youtube for a while now so like everyone else, i make excuses and post the back-up plan)
