To break the spell of winter I decided to make these bronze squares into earrings. I hand-pierced the original in sterling silver sheet and cast it in bronze. Gave them a quick polish and hooked them onto sterling silver earwires. I have additional pictures here:

Once again my helper assisted me. We created 22 Valentines using construction paper, stickers, crayons and a glue stick.
Today I made a sterling silver band. I applied a super-secret finish that makes the surface texture both shiny and matte.

I’m working on a third wedding band for a good friend of mine. It’s going to be a marriage of metals band with a cast infinity soldered onto it.
This is the wax for the infinity.
I followed directions and made a pie. I had a large amount of apples lying around and something delicious needed to be done with them.

February is bitter cold. Sunlight is scarce. I made these little pendants as a reminder that Winter is almost over and Spring is on it’s way. Chain will slide through the center of each. 2mm square tubing.
I work 2 days on my jewelry and the other days I stay home with my 3-year-old.
Today is one of the stay-at-home days. And it’s raining. It’s really hard to find new things to do with him, but when we got a 3 boxes of groceries delivered I knew just what we’d do.
