#29 RAT KING - Work in progress
Between writing lines of code today at work I colored linework I finished really late last night. I’m going to polish it some more, but I believe this is generally how I want it to look. It’s a submission for the BEASTS 2 book by Fantagraphics; I know my chances are very slim that I’ll get in, but I figure at least it would make a nice portfolio piece.
Definitely the hardest thing about TAD was posting something that was up to snuff with the rest of the awesome content on the site. Thanks for the inspiration folks!!!!

this drawing is so repulsively awesome, and I love those old-timey soldiers and the rat king is way impressive, but I CANNOT handle the chewed-off big toe. SIIIIIIICK!!!!!
