Crumb, Klasky-Csupo, Richard Fucking Sala, and Gromble the Dark Lord were not intentional, but I admire them all, so I can sees how I may have internalized their styles. Real Monsters, and Rugrats, and a variety of other sub-par series and spin-offs. Also, the map on the back is totally lovely. I'm seeing a little Richard Sala here, in the hand shapes and the face. The digital coloring on sketchbook (again) is really awesome. One comment (if you're in the market) is that you could probably reduce the HEY IS THAT GUY WANKING ON THE BART? effect by just slightly thinning out the depth of the shadow above your left hand, and match it to the L shape of the hand.
