some birdy loves me armwarmers / cuffs
These socks were a gift from my sister. Inspired by this post by dyslexia, I decided to use the cute valentines socks my sister gave me as arm warmers as well. I like them better as cuffs. I simply cut and hemmed the end.

thank you thank you, i was just trying to figure how i could do this!
These arm-socks are adorable! I like them much better as cuffs too. You can actually see the cute design instead of having to hide the socks inside shoes. In answer to your comments on my paisley pysanky egg, the contents of the egg have already been blown out so it should last a long, long time (unless my kids get hold if it). I plan to glue a small jewelry finding to the top of the egg and put a ribbon inside the finding. Then I can use the egg as an ornament. The duck eggs are quite sturdy, much harder to break than ordinary grocery store chicken eggs.
