Creature: ominous crow
Inspired by yesterday’s bird beginnings, I worked on this animated crow (click to see animated version here: crow.swf ).Also, a bit I liked about crow as symbol: Crow is an omen of change. He lives in the void and has no sense of time, & thus, sees past, present & future simultaneously. Crow merges both light and dark, both inner and outer, & is a symbol of creation & spiritual strength. Crow is messenger calling to us about the creation & magic alive in the world and available to us.

I just scared myself out of my skin with your animated crow! I clicked, and nothing happened, and I thought it was broken and shifted the mouse when I went to close the tab and I apparently had the sound cranked right up without knowing it, and..well yeah. That’s great:)

i really like this as well. You should check out the artist Jenifer Rusek who paints crows a lot. Kudos on the nice work though!
