TonKaTsu!
Today I made one of our favorite Japanese dish, tonkatsu, sliced pork tenderloin that is battered and coated with panko (Japanese bread crumbs) and then deep fried. This dish is typically served with raw shredded cabbage, rice and miso soup. YUM!
