More food, but sadly less pictures.
No pictures today! Sorry. Today’s “Thing-a-Day” was food, once again. I made guacamole, and it was actually not too bad. Then, I made a giant plate of nachos with my friend Geoff and ate them while watching old Star Trek episodes. I know, guacamole doesn’t sound like much of a thing to make, but I’m really shockingly bad at it so it’s a big deal to me when it ends up tasting ok. I used a lovely fresh avocado, plenty of lime, some tomato and jalapeño peppers, and even some fantastic garlic grown on Salt Spring Island. It really was pretty good!
