Day seven: Improved driver circuit, demo software
I didn’t like how the thing was working out under parallel port control, so I bumped it over to an Arduino clone that I had. I’ll post directions next; there is a really simple way to do the circuit that should only involve about 5 chips besides the Arduino board, so don’t let my crazy wiring scare you off. In customary fashion, the source code is here. It’s actually a motion display, so check out the video.

I don’t know how you wired the LEDs and it has been a few years since I looked at this stuff but your code look like you could do this pretty easily… you should make the happy face wink!!!
