Day 8: Party Invitation

I recently took some of my handmade cards into a local flower shop to sell.

The owner loved them, and asked me if I could also do invitations for her daughters beach-themed birthday party.

Here is the prototype I came up with that I’ll be taking to her tomorrow.

  • I really like the textures especially the brown used for the beach. I like the colors and pattern for the umbrella and it’s really clever how the sun is also where the text is. The only thing missing is a beach towel.
