Felted Bowl Tutorial

I wrote up a tutorial on how to knit and felt a bowl, and got it published on one of my favorite design blogs, More Ways to Waste Time. Even if you’re a beginning knitter, there are links to a great video site to help you get started. And felting covers up a myriad of mistakes!

  • I really like this bowl, I have some pure wool yarn that would be ideal for this. My ‘knitting in the round’ isn’t that great but I assuming it won’t be that noticable once felted.

  • I saw the link to the tutorial a little earlier today and bookmarked it for reference.
    Coincidentally I purchased some wool and needles to teach myself to needle felt (hopefully in the coming days)!
