2-in-1
Yesterday I made an Olive and Rosemary focaccia. It was crap, I forgot to put a pan of water in the oven with it, so it was kinda dry. Blah.
TODAY I made a cake. It’s a vanilla layer cake filled with my own homemade stewed chaerries, and lovingly smothered in chocolate ganache. Did I mention it’s totally vegan?! Totally Vegan! Yummers, can’t wait to eat it after dinner.

You fuggen vegans alway have the most delicious cakes lying around.. I’m particularly impressed with the homemade cherries
