I'm gonna make at least one more matchbox synth for thing-a-day, though, and if it turns out better, I promise to post full documentation. But the real reason not to post instructions is that you should just go out and get <a href="http://emusician.com/tutorials/emusic_routledge_handmade/" rel="nofollow">this excellent book</a> which tells how to design and build things like this. No experience necessary! I’m not gonna post instructions for this guy, because it was a hurried, jumbled mess that could have turned out so much better. I’m gonna make at least one more matchbox synth for thing-a-day, though, and if it turns out better, I promise to post full documentation.

But the real reason not to post instructions is that you should just go out and get this excellent book which tells how to design and build things like this. No experience necessary!
