Sorry, I don’t know of any places, but I’m sending you the positive energy for you to find someplace where you won’t have to sacrifice minimally.
As someone with a “seeking housemate” email open that will shortly be going to friends, I couldn’t sympathize more with the outrageous housing in San Francisco and NYC.
