Girl, Disconnected
Okay, here’s the thing. I MySpace. I don’t WordPress… I’m tragically unhip. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the text in this thing to wrap around the pictures right; I’m used to the idiot-proof myspace blog format. My last post? DAMN it looked so much better before I clicked “publish”. Grr…
Anyway, all apologies for that. Here’s my Thing for Day 2. Yes, it’s after midnight here, so I can post another already if I want to!
My Day Two Thing will last for the rest of the month. It is the utmost in commitment to creativity, at least for me. I have sworn off MySpace and Facebook for the rest of February. *gasp* - no, really, this is a big deal for me. There are a few people in my life that don’t believe I can do it. But I am vowing to spend that time towards something more creative than myspacing.
So here is Raisin Girl, going incognito. Let’s hope no one freaks out too much when they wake up in the morning and realize I’m not getting online for a whole 28 days!

I have a lot of faith that you can do this. Who the hell thinks you can’t? You are very inspiring to me! I want to really do similar piece to “Girl, Disconnected” sometime. I’m just not sure when I can make the commitment, being without close local friends to communicate with withOUT MySpace, YKWIM? But I swear I’m gonna do it one day. If nothing else, a week w/out MyFace.
