Enchiladas

Just under the wire - good thing I live on the West Coast.
My first thing-a-day was actually a nice big meal for a whole bunch of friends. Not exactly crafty, I suppose, but I still made it! And it was really good - they even brought leftovers home for lunch tomorrow!! That’s when you cross from just being polite to proving you actually enjoyed it.
Starting tomorrow, things might be a little more crafty, but right now i’m still full of food.
