This is the finished product! See here for information on the recipe and a before photo. I would have posted this last night - but after eating a huge plate with really creamy mash potato and quite a bit of red wine, I could barely move, let alone post.

That looks so Damn YUMMY!
It was pretty tasty - which is a good thing, because we have BUCKET LOADS left, and will be eating beef bourguignon and beef bourguignon only for the foreseeable future…or at least we’ll freeze a considerable amount!
