Colored pencil boy
I’ve been helping a new friend make multimedia art for her nonprofit (www.thecoloredpencilproject.org). It’s a fantastic idea she had to bring art supplies to kids who otherwise wouldn’t have them. I made this for her today, so she could send it to friends with an emailed invite to a party to collect colored pencils. I hope the swf plays right…

oh my gosh…that was sooo cute! As a previous elementary art teacher, I found that really endearing and something I would love to learn how to do. Thanks for the sharing.

Thanks! I made it using a program called Flash. If you’re not familiar with that- it’s kind of difficult to just pick up. But the studio I work for is coming out with an animation program that will be universally easy for folks of any age to learn. It’s called animation-ish- watch out for it! I don’t mean to advertise it- I’m just excited it’ll be easier for people to make their own animations
