Lets do this!!!

I had already decided that February had to be the month that I really kicked myself up the arse and sewed like a woman possessed but I’m gonna go ahead and admit to you that sometimes I can be a bit flitty, starting ten things and finishing nothing!!! This is bad for a woman who works for herself. More than anything I need organisation. My head is like a badly neglected attic with boxes and boxes of junk overflowing and swallowing up the important stuff. By committing to this project I’m hoping to give myself focus.

I’m gonna say from the off that earrings (unless super elaborate works of art) are not allowed by me. They don’t count because putting charms onto a couple of jump rings and fish hooks isn’t a real challenge and I’m not letting myself off that easy. If I’m gonna do this then I’m gonna do it properly. Let’s hope I make myself proud.

Oh and good luck to everyone who is taking part.

  • Your first paragraph sounds like me! Ouch (referring to overfilled head).

    I’m sure you’ll do great!

  • C’mon cherrypie! Let’s see what you’re working on!

    you can do it!

  • Hi Cherrypie
….although most of your sewn items are not something I would wear (I’m too lumpy and a bit long in the tooth..lol)…I was on your Etsy sight looking at the NBxmas stuff for my 9yr daughter…I love to read your blog…and I’m letting everyone I know ,know about your store…you are obviously a talented creator…and I wouldn’t rule out writing if I were you, you quite have a knack for that as well..loved reading about your new kitten adventure…now I’m just rambling…

    cheers from Canada
